Short version: cancel anytime, one printed guarantee with a date on it, and no silent disappearing. In full:
Your subscription is monthly. Cancel whenever you like — billing stops at the end of the paid month, you keep every digest and statement already delivered, and nothing you'd uploaded is held hostage (exports to your own storage are part of the design).

If the Duty Ledger app is not live by September 30, 2027, every founding subscriber chooses one of those two remedies — full refund of every founding payment, or the make-good. Email khoile5399@gmail.com with your choice; the refund option is honored via the original payment method.
If Duty Ledger is wound down before the app ships, that is announced on the public changelog, any prepaid remainder is refunded pro-rata, and your delivered digests and statements remain yours.
Billing and payment processing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Refund requests: email khoile5399@gmail.com — one inbox, answered daily (allow a few business days for the money to move once agreed).
